A Move

Blasting my music I was heading downtown. I wanted to see if I could catch Solomon sister, Taz. She was always out there hanging with her friends. Parking my car in Booker T. Projects, I hops out.

Seeing everyone chilling outside, made me feel good. Was just like old days. It’s something in the air when the fall season hits. This the sweater and hoodie season. People get to wear sneakers or boots and floss with no heavy coat on.

Walking up giving peace to niggas, I spotted Taz from the corner of my eye. I gave a smirk her way. Taz always had a thing for me. She expected me to leave Ivonne for her. She even tried telling me things like Solomon was dealing with Ivonne.

Taz is beyond thick with a little ass waist. Red bone cutie, shorter than 5’3”. Those big bubble eyes of hers will have you in a trance to do anything. She talked with a French accent and hood swagger. She kept her hair done all the time. Even though I hate weave, hers stayed pipe.

I watched as she walked towards me with a grin on my face. I reached my arms out and leaned in for a hug. Damn, her scent was indescribable. She put her hands inside my shirt that was under my hoodie. She braced my body so tight. Wrapping my arms around her, I took in her exotic scent. Placing my hands in her jeans back pockets, gripping her ass tight.

“I missed you. You took so long to get in touch with me,” she said whispering in my ear.

I’m not sure why but I got goose bumps when she said that. It felt so real. Had me thinking like damn, maybe the whole time it was supposed to be me and her. Grabbing her hand, I lead her to my car. I knew all eyes were on us.

Getting in the car and before I said anything, I paused. She gave me a look that brought me back to Ivonne. She looked at me as if I was the love of her life. Damn I’m missing Ivonne so much. How did we end up like this?

Feeling Taz hand touch mine, I was forced to snap back to reality.

“I need to ask you some real shit Taz,” I said getting serious with her so she knows it’s real.

She tilted her head. Giving me permission to ask my question.

“Do you really love me? If you do, I need you to bring me to your brother house. I promise I won’t do anything to him,” I said looking in her eyes.

“You know I love you. I always wanted to be with you. Shit I still do. I’ll do anything. Why do you need to know where he stays?”

Taz looked out the window. Her leg started to shake. I knew she thought I was up to no good. Shit I don’t blame her. I’m a grimy ass cat. Right now this shit is beyond her brother, I need Carmen.
